Complimentary hotel and cruise bookings are focused on booking a specific travel product. Custom trips require additional research, itinerary design, transportation planning, activity coordinator, and ongoing organization. The planning fee reflects the time and expertise involved in that work.

After our initial consultation, if you decide to partner with me, planning fees are paid before custom research and itinerary development begin.

Planning fees compensate for professional time and research and are generally nonrefundable once planning has begun.

You don’t have to figure that out before reaching out — that’s what I’m here for. Once I learn a little about your destination, travel style, and complexity of your trip, I’ll recommend the planning service that makes the most sense. If your trip changes along the way, we can always adjust as needed.
